Ben Burkett is a Real Estate, Restaurant, and Business Development professional with a background spanning multifamily finance and development, commercial real estate, capital markets, and business startups and operations.
He spent the early part of his professional career in commercial banking before launching a real estate development company, building deep expertise in site selection, underwriting, and executing investments across diverse asset classes. His career has since expanded into franchise management and hospitality, with the acquisition of multiple Parlor Doughnuts territories.
Ben brings a disciplined financial strategy to scalable development and operational growth — combining the rigor of a banker with the passion of a neighborhood restaurateur.
Ben holds undergraduate degrees in Entrepreneurship, Banking & Finance, and Real Estate Finance from The University of Southern Mississippi. He is a committed community leader, currently serving as President of the Young Professionals Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas — now in his 6th term on the board.
